Capturing a candid conversation on men's issues
It is always nice to witness some good conversation between two intellectually educated people and the same thing happened with me few weeks ago.

I was at the Confidare Community Centre, Noida and happened to watch two famous people of their respective fields talking about the need of Men's community center in India. I can't hold myself to capture the interesting conversation and I made a video of that. People you see in this video are well known in their field no need any introduction. But for this video I would like to give a formal introduction of both the speakers.

The smart man you see in this video, who is being interviewed, is Mr. Vivek Ganeshan. Vivek Ganesan is Editor-in-Chief of AVfM India, he introduces himself as a full-time misandry basher and a men's welfare activist, who also is a Big Data Software Engineer by profession.

He is also an Agile Coach and has given talks in various Agile Conferences across India. He spends his free time writing and reading articles regarding men's issues, psychology of society and sometimes, technology. He is a member of Confidare India, a men's community center.

The gorgeous lady in this video, who is interviewing, is Jyoti Tiwari who's heading the Delhi Centre of Confidare Consultancy. She is a prominent proponent of men's welfare and a research analyst at Confidare Research. She has vast experience of dealing with media as she was previously working with All India Radio.

Jyoti has worked towards sensitizing MPs and MLAs about the men's issues and problems. She is a blogger and a citizen journalist . She has also appeared in various TV debates and programs voicing concerns of men. She has also spoken to thousands of victimized men, listened to their problems and helped them stabilize in crisis situations. She has also co-authored research reports to Govt. of India and has appeared on international radio shows as well for creating awareness about the issues that men go through.

Jyoti started this conversation with a very good question which everyone wants to know i.e. what exactly men issues are. Are they limited to the false cases only?

Vivek's answer enlighten us what men are facing not only in India but also in whole world and why men issues aren't only false cases?

Jyoti, then went ahead to ask the importance of community center for men, and for which Vivek gave us an answer which changed perspectives.

Final question was about sexuality of men and is the community center only about heterosexual men?

Vivek gave us an awe inspiring answer for the same.

Here's the whole conversation:
