Iguazu Falls in Latin America: Natural wonder with fantastic wildlife all around
Facebook friend and environment scientist Deepali Nimbalkar, who is visiting seven natural wonders of the world, wrote, "Enjoying the beauty of one of the seven natural wonders of the world - the famous Iguazu falls".

She added that Eleanor Roosevelt, on seeing the Iguassu falls, had said, "Poor Niagara," since Iguassu falls has 3 km long falls system made of around 300 falls. Thus, together, they make up the largest waterfall system in the world leaving Niagara falls far behind.

The Iguazu Falls - waterfalls of the Iguazu River on the border of the Argentine province of Misiones and the Brazilian state of Parana - have most of the falls are on the Argentine side and work is the tourist spots with visitors pouring in all the times.

The falls have been portrayed in films with islands in the river; also, their pictures from the International Space Station were also beamed in 2016 showing its staircase character and the shapes of the falls.

Falls are also the parts of the borders between Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. Some points in the cities of Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, Puerto Iguazú, Argentina, and Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, have access to the Iguazu River, where the borders of all three nations may be seen, a popular tourist attraction for visitors to these three cities.

The falls may be reached from some towns on side of the falls such as Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil and Puerto Iguazú in Argentina, as well as from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. The falls are shared by the Iguazú National Park (Argentina) and Iguaçu National Park (Brazil). The two parks were earlier designated UNESCO World Heritage.

Many visitors use the Brazilian transportation system that aims at an increase in the number of visitors, while reducing the adverse environmental impact.
