Leila, Liina and Lily Luik – Estonian triplets set to create history at the 2016 Rio Olympics
What would it feel like to see three women running in a marathon who look exactly the same? Many would want to rub their eyes in disbelief, but that's exactly what is going to happen in Rio during the Olympics!

30-year old triplet sisters from Estonia, Leila, Liina and and Lily will create history when they will run in the women's marathon event on August 14.

But, what's so special about them? Only, that they are identical triplets and it's almost impossible to distinguish between them individually. It might not be uncommon to see twins participate in games, but it would be the first time in Olympic history that identical triplets will be participating in an Olympic event.

What makes the achievement even more special is that Estonia is a small nation with a populatuion of just 1.3 million people.

The sisters refer to themselves as `Trio to Rio'. A sports rhyme I guess!

Interestingly, the sisters started running at the age of 24 in the town of Tartu. Another thing common between the sisters apart from their looks is their zeal to make their country proud at the international level.

Regardless of how they perform at the Rio Olympics, the sisters are anyways going to enter history books by merely participating in the event. Large crowds are expected to come flocking to see the triplets in action.
