Malign workplace competition - a behaviour that shows your Insecurities
Dear competitor, you have no idea how insecure you can get with the passage of time if you keep on competing with the person next to you simply because you are unable to resist their success.

Just because someone gets a little more attention than you, doesn’t mean you need to copy them 24/7 to get your share of praise. If you are walking on that path, you are making the gravest and the silliest mistake of your life, because unfortunately, that move of yours will force you to lose your own identity - whatever little you have managed to create so far.

Rather than running your own race, when you try to interfere into others’ personal and professional lives with vitriolic intentions, it means you are trapped into a kind of net from which you will never be able to come out.  Your bitter and poisonous ideas with which you try to hurt someone’s image and position set the stage for building your own gallows.

The moment an ugly and malicious thought of putting others down crosses your mind, people of goodwill, get to know about your heinous desires easily because they are blessed with a unique inner power. Whenever a sensible person gets into a nightmarish situation, they know it very well how to rise from the ashes.  They are the kind of people, who always wear their heart on their sleeve and still be sensitive towards others’ feelings.

Even if you divert all your energy in harming their reputation, this life is too short for you to accomplish your breathtakingly atrocious goals, because God Himself offers the protection to those who are ready to conquer the world with their positive attitude. Your ceaseless desire to become better than them by harming their reputation leads you to dig your own grave.

No matter how hard you try to paint a positive picture of yourself in front of others, but if you lack that basic human essence, you won’t be able to live up to their expectations ever in your life. Even if you try to act smart, your smartness slips away within seconds the moment those noxious thoughts grab your attention.

Competing with your colleagues (both your seniors and juniors) is never a good idea to grow in life. Rather than competing with them, you need to learn from them and then use your acquired knowledge for achieving greater goals in life and for the betterment of the people around you.

This ever-growing world has its own beauty and tranquillity, and if you want to see and experience that, you must be armed with the basic-human-intelligence and that much-needed human spirit.

It’s better to understand that, certain things are beyond your reach, so there is absolutely no point of trying to shake the confidence of an unbeaten man. God has designed specific paths for us to move on in life, and if you try to block someone’s pathway, you are wasting your time and energy tremendously. You must learn the art of appreciating others for their exceptional work, rather than feeling insecure about it.

Remember, the golden rule of achieving success is having the courage to accept the world around you in its realistic form and to offer unconditional support to every needy person you come across in life.

The universe functions in its own ways, and if you try to ignore the right path, you end up drowning in a ferocious and deadly sea of your own malevolent thoughts.
